❓ Do you offer just one room or small-scale design?
Yes! Our room-by-room packages are perfect for kitchens, laundries, bathrooms, bedrooms, or any space that needs a thoughtful refresh without a full-scale renovation.
❓ I’m not ready to start yet — can I still book?
Absolutely. Many of our clients book in advance to secure their spot. If you’re building, renovating, or just want to plan ahead, we can help you map the timeline with confidence.
❓ What if I don’t know what I need yet?
That’s exactly what the Discovery Call is for. We’ll talk through your space, your pain points, and your goals — and help guide you toward the right solution. No pressure. Just clarity.
❓ Can you work with my builder or architect?
Yes — and we love collaborative projects. We often partner with your existing team to make sure every detail (joinery, layout, lighting) is aligned and cohesive.
❓ Do you offer colour consultations only?
Yes! If you’re overwhelmed with choosing exterior or interior paint colours, we offer stand-alone consultations that leave you with a confident, cohesive palette.
❓ Do you do virtual consultations?
We do. Virtual design is perfect for clients who are remote or want clarity without full-service implementation. We’ll guide you step-by-step from anywhere in Australia.
❓ What happens after the design is done?
If you opt for procurement or styling, we’ll manage the sourcing, orders, and installation. If not, we hand over a clear roadmap so your trades can execute everything to spec.
